Land services
Dividing land between heirs, selling part of a parcel or merging plots for construction? We prepare the subdivision report precisely, in line with the spatial plan, and implement it in the cadastre and land register.

Land subdivision
Subdivision (parcelacija) is a complex procedure by which land is split into several parcels or several parcels are merged into one, under conditions set by the spatial plan and specific regulations.
We always inspect the site in person to avoid ambiguities with neighbours and to make sure the procedure is carried out properly — from the first measurement to the registration of the new parcel.

Boundary staking & restoration
When a boundary is unclear or a boundary stone has disappeared, we precisely mark the parcel boundaries on site according to cadastral data — as a basis for fencing, construction or settling questions with neighbours amicably.
Every parcel has its own history. We will look at it together — in the cadastre and on site.
