Cookies

This website does not set cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, so we do not ask for cookie consent. The website’s fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

Third-party content

Some parts of the website load content from external services. When they do, your browser sends technical data, primarily your IP address, to that service.

Loaded automatically:

  • OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom) – the location map on the Contact page and the default base map of the Jagodnjak Municipality GIS viewer.
  • cdnjs (Cloudflare) – one helper script of the Jagodnjak Municipality GIS viewer.

Loaded only after your action:

  • YouTube (Google) – the video on the drone surveying page, only after a click, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once started, Google’s privacy policy applies.
  • Google Maps and the State Geodetic Administration – base maps in the GIS viewer, only when you select them.

What data we process and why

  • Enquiries via the form, email or phone – name, email, phone, property details (place, cadastral municipality, parcel number) and message content. Purpose: replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Performing the agreed service – data needed to prepare survey reports and handle procedures before the cadastre, land register and other authorities. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Technical data (IP address, time of access) processed by the hosting provider and the form service for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients (processors)

  • Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) – receives contact-form data and forwards it to our office by email. It uses AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner (EU) infrastructure for storage and delivery, and checks the sender’s IP address and email against spam via CleanTalk and Akismet (USA). Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Microsoft 365 (Microsoft) – the business email that receives enquiries.
  • Cloudflare – website hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We pass it on to third parties only where needed to carry out a procedure (e.g. submitting survey reports to the authorities) or where required by law.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last communication.
  • Data related to services performed and invoices is kept for as long as accounting, tax and professional regulations require.
  • Under its own terms, Web3Forms stores received messages for up to three years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send requests to info@geodet-koch.hr. If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
